Fantasy league rulebooks live as static PDFs buried in email chains. When disputes arise, nobody can find the current version. Proposed changes happen over text threads that get lost. There's no record of who changed what or when.
✓The Solution
A platform that transforms static rulebooks into living, version-controlled documents with democratic governance. AI-powered document parsing, formal proposal workflows, transparent voting, and complete change history.
Key Product Decisions
Scalable architecture from day one
Designed a multi-tenant database schema and modular API structure before writing the first feature. This upfront investment in architecture means the platform can grow from one league to thousands without refactoring core systems.
Simple but strong feature set
Resisted the urge to build everything at once. Focused on nailing the core workflow (rulebook creation, proposal submission, and voting) before adding nice-to-haves. A polished core beats a buggy feature list every time.
Built with real users
Recruited test users from real fantasy leagues during development. Their feedback shaped key UX decisions and caught usability issues before launch. Building with users, not just for them.
